CENTRAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Execution of HVAC in Clean Room Applications

Termovent Engineering designs and performs a full automation of buildings in the field of clean room technology. Automation provides monitoring and control of all key parameters: temperature, humidity, pressure and air volume. Management of interlocks with recordings of all critical parameters is also provided, while the complete system is built in accordance of GMP requirements. The system can be managed from a local, central or remote location.

Data collected from the building are connected via central system and are displayed online. This allows the user to see the entire system on one screen, facilitates monitoring and control of critical parameters. The data are copied and stored as trends inside the system and are available by groups and by type (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.). The data are exported in standard formats ( Word, Excel, PDF, etc.). All critical parameters are recorded and filed in accordance with FDA  regulation 21CFR part 11, including the exact time, date stamps, alarms, events, users actions, details, login, i.e. user logout.

Access to the system is protected, while the security system offers significant operational capabilities. The users have to register via electronic signature in order to access functions defined by their access level. Through users accounts and passwords it is possible to access the system from several locations, and the open architecture provides great opportunities for integration and full flexibility to communicate from any computer through the web.

For the needs of pharmaceutical industry, Termovent Engineering adheres, in all stages of central automation system project development, to GAMP 5 guidelines required for validation of automated systems and obtaining of quality product.

Clean Room Specialists
Clean Rooms are specially constructed, environmentally controlled enclosed spaces, where particles of a size 0.3 microns and larger have negative impact on production process. They are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnology production, and similar.
